Das Sulzer-Hochhaus (heute Wintower) ist ein zwischen 1962 und 1966 von den Basler Architekten Suter & Suter erbautes Hochhaus in Winterthur. Das Gebäude mit 26 Stockwerken war von 1966 bis 2003 mit 92,40 Metern Höhe das höchste Hochhaus der Schweiz.

Mit der Krise der Sulzer AG wurde das Hochhaus beinahe zur Ruine. Der Turm wurde im Februar 2003 aus Protest gegen die «Luxussanierung von Wohnraum» kurzzeitig besetzt. Das Gebäude ist heute im Besitz des Kunstsammlers Bruno Stefanini. Im Sommer 2004 wurde mit der Renovierung und Asbest-Sanierung begonnen. Gleichzeitig wurde das Hochhaus um zwei Etagen aufgestockt. Die Gesamthöhe beträgt seitdem 99,70 Meter.

Der Sunrise Tower ist ein Hochhaus im Quartier Seebach im Norden der Stadt Zürich.

Das Gebäude mit den zwei 88 und 72.5 Meter hohen Türmen, welches amtlich und nüchtern Hochhaus Hagenholzstrasse heisst, wurde im Jahr 2000 begonnen und 2005 ganz fertiggestellt.

Im Frühjahr 2008 beginnt die Anlagegruppe CSA RES mit der Überbauung des Bourquin-Areals in Zürich Altstetten. Ab Mitte 2010 werden 138 Wohnungen, rund 6 500 m2 Büroflächen und 147 Parkplätze bezugsbereit sein.
